Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the electronic mail account you would like to forward emails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
